Getting error when trying to run NCover

Hello I am a newbie at NCover, I am getting some strange error when I try to run NCover with Nunit

Its says could not load file or assembly [Path to my nunit assembly] The Module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.

Im not sure what this means. All my tests pass in NUnit-Gui and I am using NUnit-Console for the Profiling Application.

also having this problem, try troubleshooting it. worked for mine.
