NCoverExplorer Requires Admin Elevation

I run under a limited user account within Vista. When I launch NCE I am prompted to elevate privileges. Is admin elevation required to execute NCoverExplorer?

If not how may I configure NCE to run under my non-admin account?

At this time, admin privileges are required. We are working on a way to partially remove this restriction in a future release.
