Web app hangs witl //iis switch

I am trying to profile an iis web application as per:

http://www.ncover.com/documentation/howto/howtoprofileiis

When I start nCover console at the command prompt ( NCover.Console.exe //iis ), it says:

Stopping Service [World Wide Web Publishing Service]... Starting Service [World Wide Web Publishing Service]... The profiler will not connect until you load an ASP.NET page. Press Control-C to stop the service and collect coverage data.

When I open firefox and navigate to the web application, it hangs. When I run the app without NCover, it displays fine.

Oops, I am running the latest download of NCover 2.1.0
