by default, NCover's coverage files are named "coverage.xml". Are you specifying a different name with the //x command? or by entering a different file name in the "Coverage File" box on the "Ouput Options" property page of NCoverExplorer's NCover run dialog?

The product that Gnoso, Inc. builds and supports, NCover, has a similiar and competing open source project, unfortunatly also called "NCover" that is located at http://ncover.sourceforge.net

Your question pertains to the open source project, not the NCover created by Gnoso, Inc.
