Export or Api for Parameter values

An amazing feature would be the ability to obtain what the values of the parameters were at the time they were passed into a method and what they were at the time the method exited.

This information would be very valuable to the testing process including branch and logic predictability.

The feature would be amazing, but the sheer amount of data logging it requires would make us rewrite our internal coverage model and make major modifications to core parts of the app. Given the difficulty and its (apparent) lack of demand, we've scheduled it somewhere between version 4.0 and 5.0. A (much larger) increase in demand would make us schedule it earlier.
