NCover reports coverage before end of unittest

Hi there we're using NCover 1.5.4 together with NUnit 2.2.8. When I'm trying to run ncover with nunit attached, ncoverexplorer pops up before the end of run of all UTs. Ncover explorer then provides no result or result of incomplete UTs. Inspected UTs are pretty complicated using some new threads and even import of some data using some other executables. Is there a way to solve this?
