Exclusions stored in an external file

Hi Grant,

some weeks ago I've asked for a feature to store the exclusion filters within a separate file. An additional demand was to filter methods and properties also.

What is the state according this issues??? Would it be available in one of the next versions or do I need to write a tool for myself?
