Expose number of sequence points that were excluded

Hi!

This can be considered as part of the problem described here:

But I would like to explain it from different point of view: idea is to show in exclusion table number of sequence points were excluded within namespace, module, class or property.

I have posted also suggestion about special property to describe the reason, but I can see that's might be rather difficult issue ...
