Start NCover Shortcut

Minor bug in the current beta 1.3.5.1762

The menue "File->Run NCover..." has the shortcut Ctrl+R

From my point of view the shortcuts shall be aligned. Either highlight "R" in "Run NCover..." or change the shortcut to "Ctrl + N".

If would prefer the second option "Ctrl + N", because this is more self describing.
