Enhancement Request: Make Coverage Tree Percentages configur

First of all, thank you for such a tremendously useful program!

While the foreground colours can be set separately for each of the coverage categories, the percentage values for each category cannot currently be changed. Also the background can be configured, but only for all values. I would like to see a table with columns like this:

Category Name,Minimum %,Foreground Colour,Background Colour

...with rows for each of the 5 existing coverage categories.

To enable it to fit in the same size dialog, you could add column headings, remove the label for each row (the text box that displays the font and colours in use is sufficient), add a textbox for the percentage and buttons in the Foreground Colour, and Background Colour. Of course, you would not want to have a Minimum % textbox for the Excluded row.

For example, I'd like to set the following:

Full Converage 100% black green Satisfactory Coverage 90% white blue Partial Coverage 1% black yellow No Coverage 0% white red Excluded grey white
