Can I use NCover on a .net dll if my UI is VB6?

I have been converting a VB6 app into .net. Currently we have converted a couple of the dll's, but not the UI.

When I use nCover it launches the app ok, outputs the Coverage.log file just fine, but never creates the Converage.Xml file. The command window outputs the following message:

Coverage Xml: Coverage.Xml
Coverage Log: Coverage.Log

Waiting for profiled application to connect...
******************* Program Output *******************
Unable to establish communications with the profiler. (0x2)
