Can we run NCover in a server??

Hi..
I installed NCover 1.5.5 and run it.. Its working properly in all the systems,including with that iis option..
But i followed the same procedure to install and to run NCover with iis option in a server.
Its giving the error "Profiled Process Terminated. Profiler connection not established".

Is there any thing need to be done to run NCover in a server..
Please help me to solve this...
