Profiling server code assemblies

Hi,

We are using NCover and NCoverExplorer with mstest and Cruise Control to create coverage reports.
This is working fine for our client code assemblies, but our webservices for instance are not profiled. How can we get code coverage for our server code assemblies?

Any help is appreciated!
