Calling NCover from within an app?

I have an ASP.Net app (actually several) that I would like to instrument as part of an overall ncover report. I can't really use the "one for all" mechanism described since I have multiple sites on a given machine that are being tested. So, I wonder, is there some way from WITHIN the application to hookup NCover?
