run error:Connected Profiled process terminated.Profiler con

i want to get NCoverV1.5.5 to work with .net web application,but follow the sequence of no.7 in the FAQ,i got the following error message "Connected Profiled process terminated.Profiler connection not established."

about the FAQ,it says the os should be win XP ,but mine is win2000 SP4 ,is it the problem?

In the COMMUNITY,i have found a post, there are other people have come into contact with the problem,their solution is to reinstall the ncover or register the CoverLib.dll,i tried the solution,no effect.

Does anyone know the trick here?
Any help is much appreciated.
