Where is the Source Code hosted?

Hello,

I would like to contribute and implement execution time and performace measurement.
But there seems to be a problem with the actual code base...
So here are my questions before I'll start:
- Will NCover be distributed under an open source licence in the future?
- Which source repository is being used? (sourceforge (seems to be very old) or Trac (http://www.svn-hosting.com/trac/NCover/browser/)
