Exclude attribute not working

The class name of the attribute type is 'NCoverExcludeAttribute' and the command includes the full namespace along with class name. But the ncover report has also included the files having the 'NCoverExclude' attribute. Please suggest how can we execute the command from console ...

The following command is being executed from console :

//ea "Ttl.Tissip.CrossLayer.NCoverExcludeAttribute"

which Incidentally is not working as expected.
