empty .xml file

I have run Ncover in the following way

C:>ncover.console myApp.exe

After the test is done, Ncover produced two files:

C:\Coverage.Log
C:\Coverage.Xml

Can anybody tell me where is the Coverage.xsl? I have copied the Coverage.xsl file from the C:\Program Files\NCover directory to the directory where the other files reside. Then opened Coverage.xml, and it was empty. What was wrong?

The Ncover I used were: 1.5.4 and 1.3.3. In case of both, I obtained the same result
