Does NCover.Console.exe ever write anything to the command window?

I tried typing in "NCover.Console.exe", "NCover.Console.exe xxxx", "NCover.Console.exe /c xxxx", "NCover.Console.exe /c xxxxxx /a yyyyyy",  etc... including a full command to try to run an NUnit test, and it looks like it never does anything.
