Limitations of NCover community edition

Are there any limitations to the number of assemblies for which coverage can be found in one go using community edition?
How reliable is the merging of several coverage files into one using NCoverExplorer?

There shouldn't be any limitations on the # of assemblies. And merging coverage files is VERY reliable in NCover Explorer v3. Note that NCover no longer supports the community edition. NCover does provide full support for v3.
