Difference between NCover subscription

I looked around at the the NCover page and wanted to find out whatÂ´s the difference between NCover with subscription and NCover without subscription.

Are for example Bugfixes only delivered with a NCover subscription license or are they "free"? So that all NCover user get them. And with a NCover subscription license you get additional features.
