Exception in NCover Explorer

Running 3.3.2 x64 on my Windows 2008 R1 X64 Server. Frequently when I hit Application Options, I am getting an empty modal dialog with a title of "An exception occurred in NCover Explorer". Any hints in how to prevent this would be helpful.
