NCover //iis blocks IIS on W2K3/IIS6

I've been able to get ncover.console //iis working OK on XP (IIS 5.1), but I cannot get it to work under Windows 2003 Server SP1 (IIS 6.0). After I launch the NCover process, IIS will not respond to any browser (or curl, or NAnt <get/>) request until the NCover instance has timed out. I am running everything under the admin user, but I suspect either 1) a permissions issue or 2) an NCover incompatibility with IIS 6.0.

This means that we have no way of getting a comprehensive coverage report on our official build machine, which needs to be W2K3/IIS for testing purposes.
