ReSharper support?

Is there a ReSharper plugin out there that will run tests within the ncover profiler, and then open ncover-explorer with the XML output, in the same way that the TestDriven.NET feature works?

There's not one that I've seen to date. What features would you want to see in a plugin in Visual Studio?
