Can't view coverage files since upgrade

I've just upgraded my copy of explorer to v3.3.0 and now I can't view any coverage files. Whenever I either Run Coverage or open an existing coverage.xml, the explorer just does nothing and displays a "Coverage file closed" message in the status bar.

As you can imagine, this is a little bit annoying :)

I've tried this with a new project, and an existing one, both with the same results.
