ExternalProgramFailed:%PATH%NCover.exe(retcode 12)

Hi

I am getting the following error always when running the ${ncover.console} targets from the NAnt build script.

External Program Failed: C:/Program Files/NCover/NCover.Console.exe (return code was 12)

I have tried using the following scripts.

I am getting always this error. Please let me know what i am doing wrong?

Error: External Program Failed: C:/Program Files/NCover/NCover.Console.exe (return code was 12)

Error code 12 is the number of failed tests and it came from NUnit.

In the output you should see the tests that failed.
